Since founding VOI Consulting in 1998, Todd Clark has shared his expertise with leading branded and generic drug companies, as well as medical device makers, private equity and venture capitalists, marketing communications agencies, and law firms, advising them on global strategies regarding valuation, licensing, market entry, clinical trial design, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, marketing strategy, competitive intelligence, pricing, reimbursement,  sourcing, distribution, allocation of commercial resources, and more.  He has authored public policy papers for industry associations, is frequently quoted in trade publications, and is an experienced expert witness in pharmaceutical industry litigation having testified in numerous times on business and regulatory matters.

Todd is the author of both PharmaHandbook — A Guide to the International Pharmaceutical Industry®, a reference guide on pharmaceutical business and regulatory environments in 39 countries, and GenericHandbook – A Guide to the US Generic Pharmaceutical Industry™, a comprehensive reference guide to the marketing, intellectual property, legal, regulatory, and competitive aspects of the US generic drug sector. In addition, Todd is an adjunct professor of business studies, with experience teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in marketing, business strategy, managerial decision making, quantitative analysis, and spreadsheet modeling.

Todd is a graduate of Tulane University and has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University as well as a Master of Science in drug development and regulation from Johns Hopkins University.
